Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the HairTruth website (the “Website”) or purchasing the HairTruth digital guide (the “Product”). By accessing the Website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase the Product.

1. The Product

HairTruth is a digital, downloadable educational guide (PDF) on hair health, care routines, nutrition, and related habits. It is delivered electronically after successful payment.

The Product is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a drug, supplement, or medical device. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual health, consistency, and the underlying cause of hair concerns. Nothing in the Product or on the Website guarantees hair regrowth or any specific outcome. If you are experiencing sudden, severe, or patchy hair loss, please consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Purchase and Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via download link and/or email immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address at checkout. If you do not receive your file, check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact us at hairtruth.cs@gmail.com and we will re-send the file to the email used at purchase.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Refund Policy: No Refunds

Because the Product is a digital good delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, and its contents can be viewed, downloaded, and retained immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying access to digital content that is made available to you immediately;
• You waive any right to cancel or withdraw once the download/access has been provided;
• No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or were charged but never received access to the Product and we are unable to deliver it, contact us at hairtruth.cs@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or redistribute the Product in whole or in part;
• Share the file, download link, or its contents publicly or with third parties;
• Upload it to any file-sharing, cloud, or public platform;
• Modify, republish, or create derivative works from it.

The Product and all its contents remain our intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within the Product, including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the HairTruth name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Website and Product are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Product will achieve any particular result.
